We record client name, address, contact phone number, and email address when given, details which are required in order to contact you regarding works in your garden. All information is securely held by Just Plants, is not shared or available to any third party, and is not used for any marketing purposes.

Invoices and details of work done is retained for 7 years, as required under Inland Revenue regulations for tax purposes.

A copy of your personal information held is available on request.
